System Freezes and Random Restarts with Ryzen 9 7950X – Need Help

I recently purchased a Ryzen 9 7950X processor. After installing Windows 11, I started experiencing an issue where the mouse freezes and the system becomes completely unresponsive. This would happen approximately every 30 minutes.
I stress-tested the CPU and found no issues during the tests. I tried removing the HDMI cable from the GPU and connecting it to the motherboard's integrated graphics, but the issue persisted—although it changed slightly. The freezes became more random, occurring around every 1 to 2 hours, and were often accompanied by display issues. Sometimes the system would restart suddenly without showing any error message.
I also removed the dedicated GPU from the system entirely, but that didn’t solve the problem. I’ve updated everything: BIOS, Windows, and the iGPU drivers, but the issue still exists.
I found that some other users have reported similar issues, and some managed to fix it by setting the GPU clock to 2200 MHz, but that didn’t work for me either.
Has anyone else faced this issue and found a solution?
